Funeral Luncheons

Funeral luncheon buffets can be held in our Commons, either immediately following a funeral service or after an internment.  We welcome groups of all sizes, up to 200 (very cozy) guests.  Our volunteers handle the details, including:

• Setting buffet tables with linen cloths, food and compostable plates, napkins and eating utensils;
• Preparing and serving water, lemonade and coffee;
• Setting tables with compostable placemats and seasonal centerpieces;
• Welcoming and directing guests;
• Replenishing the buffet table as necessary and
• Cleaning up.

The parish luncheon offers sandwiches and salads, including your choice of  cookies and/or cake.  Luncheon costs will be discussed at the Funeral Planning Meeting. 

If you would prefer to bring in a particular caterer or host a different type of reception, please work with St. Thomas Becket staff at the Funeral Planning Meeting to discuss your wishes.
