Our Liturgical Environment Team envisions and creates beautiful backdrops that support the themes of each of the seasons of the liturgical calendar. These settings invoke wonder, awe and reflection and support and enhance the seasonal themes and Mass messages.
If you have a creative side looking for an outlet or are able to lift, carry and follow instructions in a small group setting, this might be a great place for you. All ages and creative abilities are welcome!
Our Eucharistic Ministers:
Friendly, non-judgmental people are welcome to join this ministry. No prior experience is required and training may be provided for new volunteers on an as-needed basis. Eucharistic Ministers arrive to Mass 15 minutes early and those assisting with purification stay about 15 minutes after Mass. Schedules are created around your Mass preference and availability.
Eucharistic Ministers are also welcome to act as Greeters before Mass.
THIS COULD BE YOU
Ever wonder…
…how those who bring up the gifts of bread and wine at offertory time are chosen?
Have you thought it would be an honor to present the gifts at the altar, or a neat experience for your family? Please let us know!
Simply sign up on this white board when you arrive at Mass, located on the table inside the sanctuary, to the right of the doors. You can also speak to the Mass Coordinator to let them know you are interested—that person is often standing near the baptismal font greeting people and holding cross necklaces, looking to recruit Eucharistic Ministers as they arrive. Thanks!

Greeters foster the welcoming feeling and sense of community parishioners and visitors arriving for Mass experience as they distribute worship aids and help write name tags. They may assist people in finding their way around the building or getting a wheelchair.
Great greeters smile often and feel comfortable engaging people they don't know!
This is a great role if you're interested in growing your community and getting to know visitors and parishioners. The time commitment is minimal -- just arrive for Mass fifteen minutes beforehand.
OUR HOSPITALITY PROGRAM
Our Hospitality Ministers provide parishioners and guests a welcoming place to gather, connect with existing friends and meet new people after Mass while enjoying coffee, lemonade and donuts or cookies.
Hospitality volunteers arrive 15-30 minutes before Mass begins to prepare the drinks and snacks. Volunteers typically leave Mass immediately after celebrating the Eucharist in order to put drinks and snacks on tables in advance of the congregation exiting church. Volunteers continue to refill serving platters and pitchers/urns and clean up as parishioners leave.
Detailed instructions are provided in the kitchen, so no training is required!
