Christmas Floral Dedication

Deadline to submit: Sunday, December 7
- Dedicate a loved one in prayer by offering beautiful Christmas plants for our worship space during the Christmas Season.
  The name of your loved one will be listed in the bulletin.
  
  Suggested donation: $10 each.
  If filling out online, the form is below, and after which, you will be prompted to also make your donation online.
  
  Paper dedication forms are also available in the printed bulletin, otherwise, there is also an option to print online.
  Please ensure to make checks payable to:
  St. Thomas Becket - Christmas Floral and place your form and donation in an envelope, and put in the collection baskets, or mail to our Parish Office.
